Im running an MHI Tdo5h 20g,560cc,full exhaust,255 walbro, WB,2g maf, on a 1990 tsi, so my question is can i keep my boost low and be ok untill i can buy an ecmlink? i hear that the 2g maf with evo 8 injectors runs fine but would like a second opinion.
I also have been looking at intercoolers air to air and water cooled, does anyone know about the water cooled intercooler? i like the look of a FMIC but if the water cooled one is more efficiant then ill go that rout. thanks.

Ecmlink, vrsf fmic, 1000cc injectors. Your set for that setup. No need fancy air/water kit's unless it was a drag car or something.

You have a LOT going on to run your car without a tune. your injectors are bigger than stock along with your walbro, both out performing stock fuel maps that your ecu will process. I personally would not try to even run the car once its all together without a way to tune it, with preferably ecmlink, but a MAF-T can tune a little bit of the way. You would see through your WB, but you will be running pretty rich I would think
