well ive been doing some shoping round to see what kind of fule tuning system i want. im on a tght budge i already got tons of cash tied up in this car and my wife is going crazy LOL. i really would like to go with the dsm link but its costly and i have no eprom. my car is a 1995 gst t3 t4 turbo. and i need more fule. i looked at a apex SAFC neo, and a AEM FIC 6. any comments and thoughts and inputs would be awsome.

What size injectors are you going to use will make a difference on what solution you need.

It appears you added things randomly to your car. The turbo shouldn't be on there until you can tune fuel and timing preferred.

Just save up more and get link. Cause eventually your going to want to run bigger injectors and turbo. An afc can only handle 660. Trust me you'd rather do it right the first time than spending more money at the end.

if you plan on using any injectors under 660 i would say for the bang for the buck go with safc. but if your going to run more boost and use bigger injectors you will be better off with dsm link. it all depends on your budget.

i know i am building it now i have 850 cc injectors. i am not going to drive it untill i have a good tuning source. im nt that dumb LOL. has any one seen the AEM FIC? it has a logger. u can tune ## fuel ect. it has software to hook ## laptop up to it

i would go with the dsm link, user friendly and many people on this forum used it and its been working out good so far for me.

Search around for a used version 2 dsmlink and an eprom ecu. You should easily be able to find one for 450 or less. You can also get a black box ecu and tactrix cable for around 200-300 bucks.

Get an ostrich setup if your on a budget. Its the same as link but you need to input every single function yourself. You can run speed density, any injectors you want but its going to be a pita to dial in everything.
