tuning with wideband?

what number should i keep the wideband to. i just got an innovate wideband and i want to know what i should keep it at? i have 550 injectors with 18g turbo and a slowboy fmic. and other things.

another thing, is there any better or worst widebands? they all prettie much do the same thing. but i wanted to know if there was one better than the innovate. the only reason i go tthe innovate was because it came with alot more things that the other leading widebands.
