Tuning my 91 TSI awd with SAFC...LOTS OF MODS

I just bought a 91 tsi, its current mods are:
evo III 16g w/mbc
-ported exhaust manifold, turbo, and head
-fic 650cc injectors, s-afc, rewired 255 pump, 2g maf
-rnr full 3" exhaust system with bullet muffler, 2.5" o2housing
-tial 40mm external wg mounted on the 02 housing (custom)
-custom fmic with dejontool upperpipe and custom lower pipe (works awesome, it is painted black and i've yet to heat soak it. it is long but not too high)
-polyurethane motor mounts
-accel wires, ngk bpr7es's
-2g pistons on 1g rods, fully rebuilt about 25k miles ago
-mitsu metal hg with freshly decked and checked head (about 5k miles ago), arp studs
secondary fan with switch (keeps the fmic cool in the staging lanes)
- built transmission with evo forks and welded diff, synchro's replaced
-act 2600 clutch, welded pedal assembly
-autometer boost, egt, and oil pressure gauges mounted in center console

looks stock...which is great, it dynoed at 287 awhp and 307 Tq. runs 12.4 @ the track.

I am thinking it could use some tweeking. the safc is at -20% at all low throttles and at -5% at all high...I am thinking it could be better...runs between 15-21 psi...the MBC is junk

anyone in SEPA tune them? or interested in helpign me out?

low throttle is at 22%, high at 50%....

the car has problems when warming up keeping idle, so i have to play with the mixture, usually it stays between -22%-24% but i put it to -5% when it warms up.... is this odd? do i need a cold start valve or something (sorry, old vw head)

also, my EGTs are around 1200....is this bad?

Did you use that tuning guide at all?

We can't tell you what settings are ok and what aren't, only your car and a datalogger or wideband can tell you that.
