ok guys let me start by what i changed... about a two months ago my t25 shut down on me so instead of buying a turbo twice i just went ahead and bought a 20g when i bought the turbo i also got a fmic FP intake pipe aluminum radiator and boost gauge my car was down for a while bacause i was waiting on the intake pipe it was on back order

Ploblem... when its cold the car takes forever to start for the first time i dont even really know how to explain it. the car turns over strong it just doesnt fire. then when it does eventually fire it idles really low lik 200 rpms then just after a second. it does this i few time and then its lik it fixes itself then idles perfect and runs fine for the rest of the day unless it sits for a while but if it just sits like while i run to the store or go out to eat it fires right up first time also as soon as the car starts the fan come on high and never shuts off so im not sure if this is a sensor or what i havent had a chance to pull any codes or do a boost leak check because my work has me working 7 days a week 10 hours a day but that stops this weekend so ill have time but as the temp gets colder outside it takes longer to start this morning i honestly didnt think it was gonna ever fire and stay running any help greatly appreciated

Have fun with fuel cut... You will need bigger injectors and a fuel pump and something to tune with. I hope you did all maintenance first.:thumb:

You didnt properly tighten your exhaust manifold at the head or to your turbo. When it warms up just enough it creates a seal from the gasket thats leaking. Torque your turbo and manifold bolts to spec, and replace the studs if necessary

hmmmm really u think that could be it i dont hear any leaks what would cause the fan to run all the time then i kinda feel lik it might be something electrical because it even idles really low until it warms up then its fine but thanks for the help ill try anything im really lost with this car right now

if thats not it I apologize the same thing happened to me, the fan would come on at idle...the colder it got the worse it got.

+20 ^ LOL...that's exactly what it is. im positive.
you probably accidentally disconnected the wire or the wires itself came off the plug that connects to coolant temp sensor..exact thing happened to me. when installing my tranny, i accidentally pulled on the harness and the wires came off the pigtail. took me a while to notice that was the problem.
