Staring problems, no fuel pump, ect. please help

Heres the deal, i pulled my car itno the driveway yesterday evening. I ripped out all the old wiring for my sound system, ran all brand new wiring, while i was putting the battery terminal back on i grounded the negative and positie together on accident, now the car will not start. I have no check engine light when i first turn the key, and I dont have a fuel pump running, and my injectors dont fire, so basically i have no fuel system working at all. If someone could give me a suggestion or two on what I should atempt let me know. My car is a 1992 Mitsubishi Eclipse 2.0 n/t

Check all the fuses in the connector on the positive terminal to see if you blew the MPI and Ignition fuses. Also make sure you didn't blow the alternator fuse in the box behind the MAF.

ok ive checked all of the fuses and they seem to be good, by grounding the computer could that have fried the ECU? i had it rebuilt so it should be a good ECU and the efi relay, could it have blown that?
