I've been going back and forth with Jeff to try and figure out why with no avail.

Along with the EPROM chip I installed a set of FIC 780cc injectors and a 3g MAS with an adaptor soldered in for plug & play compatability.

I started out with a set of 680 RX7 injectors and one FIC injector and switched to a full set of FIC's. The chip has been reprogramed for the FICs.

I have tried tinkering with fuel pressure (gone as high as 50 psi Base) with no effect on trims setting.

I get huge knock if I go above around 30-40% throttle or 14psi.

Any ideas as to why this is happening would be of great help.

Settings on the chip are as follows:

Sutterbox
No fuelcut
CE shift light at 7k
Knocksum Gauge
3g MAS
A/C Cutout at 85 % Throttle
FED/AWD
43 PSI AFPR Base
10.0:1 WOT A/F
7500/6000 Selectable REV limit, Resets to 4500 on cold bootup
Full Octane
Enhanced Closed-Loop MAPS
750cc Injectors/288uS Deadtime
750 IDLE
Inverted Cyclone on Purge Solenoid (due to actually having the JDM solenoid)
No Airflow Cap
Rescaled Trims
2X Karman
Anti-Stall code

I've also noticed that if I build boost slowly up to 15 psi knock isn't a problem. If I try to build boost quickly I get massive knock counts (15+).
