Well, you could just pull the hose off of the wastegate, but then your engine would die a horrible death.

Buy a manual boost controller. You can run more boost, but I wouldn't recommend upping the boost until you get a mechanical boost gauge. The dashboard one isn't a real gauge.

I will pray to the DSM gods for you, so that you do not blow up a 4G63. If you want a "free mod", do a search on removing your BCS, this will raise your boost level to around 11-13 psi.
