Wanted to post this, maybe some of you have had some experience with this.
Dont quote me on this but Ive been doing some research and I see the potential of a fairly cheap upgrade here.
Not only would it be cheap, it might also be a fairly easy install.
Im hearing these arent as loud as the walboros either, almost near silent.

Even though these are OEM replacements, Im skeptical about the lack of flow charts

If I had the money I would test one of these bad boys out but unfortunately I dont.

BTW Im not advertising anyones product, although it is free advertising, Im just letting all you DSMers out there know there might be an even cheaper route to go with a fuel pump upgrade.
The VR4 fuel pump is a direct drop in for the 1gs, apparently this pump drops directly in the vr4 as a factory replacement.
Put 2 and 2 together and BAM

You have a 1g. If you want an awesome in tank fuel pump, buy a Bosch 044, put an AN bulkhead through your fuel pump "hatch" (forget the technical term), and yea, you now have all the fuel you need for 600+ hp.

3000GT VR-4 fuel pump was a popular and cheap upgrade years ago. It's a 180lph pump that will flow around 210lph or so with a re-wire.

Thats a great idea but I think it defeats his whole idea of a "cheap" upgrade.



As far as that tre pump it seem like a cheap enough alternative to give it a shot. Even if it don't work out as well as you'd like you won't be out a lot of money and it will def out perform a stock dsm pump.
