Transmission swap

Im asking for a friend who needs to know if the 5spd tranny from a GST will bolt up to a 4g64 or what needs to be done to do the swap? Thanks in advance.

Yes it will bolt up just fine. What are you putting the transmission in, a spyder gs i assume? You will need the gst axles or axle cups because the gs axle cups have a smaller diameter splined shaft.

Ya its a spyder, its an auto and he wants it 5spd so he's swapping it out for a 5spd from a GST and everyone keeps tellin him it wont fit, now AFTER the fact he gets all the parts for the swap so hes pretty frustrated right now.
