Transmission Question Help Please

Hello everyone.

Sorry if i am posting this in the wrong place but this is my first time posting. ive been a member for several months but have always been able to find the answers to my questions on the forums until now. I have a 97 Eclipse GST w/ a 5 speed transmission. Well my throwout bearing blew up in my tranny and i had a act 2600 with the 7 bolt streetlite flywheel. This is my first time doing a clutch job on a dsm and after finding out as much as i could i gave it a shot. well i stepped the streetlite flywheel to .612 like act specifies and bought a new 2600 pp and disc as well as a new TOB and clutch fork and shimmed the pivot ball, i used the pilot tool to line everything up then i reinstalled the tranny and the cv axles and put in redline mt-90 gear oil. now to my question when in neutral postion and the car idling the cv axles spin slowly. i didn't put the hub and rotor on the ends yet. i just wanted to see if i did everything right. well they dont spin fast at all but it is consistent. i don't know if this is normal it seems to me that it's not but as this is my first clutch install i just wanted to ask. They do stop spinning when i press the clutch in but i think it still needs a bit of bleeding as i just bleed it quickly to see if i did things right. im very sorry for the long post but i wanted to be as informative as possible. i appreciate any help and apologize if this is a dumb question. also in first gear as i let out the clutch they spin semi normal but the engagement is still funny due to the system probably needing to be bled a bit more. thank you

First, use proper grammar please, it makes your post easier to read and more appealing for a response.

Second, the clutch system does still need to be properly bled, but in neutral the clutch should be irrellevant. There may be some transfer to the CVs from transmission fluid windage when the engine is running without any axle resistance.

Grammar wasn't really the right word I suppose, other than capitalization. Sentence and paragraph structure maybe? I apologize that it came off as being snooty.

But to elborate on the original question, since the motion stops when the clutch is depressed (when the link between the trans and engine is cut) your clutch sounds fine.
