When the car is cold the tranny shifts no problem but once it warms up it becomes hard to shift into 1st and grinds reverse so I have to shut the car off and it shifts easily into gear. Everyone is telling the synchros are worn or my pressure plate is worn. Can someone please advise...

Seems backwards from all the problems I've had (cold= grinds/hard shifts, warm= smooth shifts), but I'd venture the guess that you have some excessive play in bearings and synchros/sliders. It may be time for a rebuild.
How many miles are on the trans? Pressure plate would generally affect all gears IMO. Have you bled the hydraulics and checked for proper clutch fork position and actuation? How about slop in the shift cables?
It's very possible that the cables/shifting mechanism mounts are sloppy and that's becoming looser with heat. Check all the bushings and mounts to ensure they're right and not flipping around.

You may also want to look up Jack's transmissions clutch pedal adjustment video, as well as jafromobile's.

The tranny has less than 80k on it, got an intact motor/tranny off a totaled Eclipse. I’ll check the cables that’s one thing I haven’t checked. If I do need to rebuild that tranny who and where do u recommend talking to?

I spaced that you are a 420a Chrysler motor.

Most of the aforementioned checks will still apply, but the Jack's/jafromobile videos won't as they're for the Mitsubishi transmissions.

As for rebuilds I'm not sure who is doing Chrysler trans rebuilds these days, maybe contact @twicks69 (Tim Zimmer of TMZ) and see if they're doing them, but IIRC I recently saw that parts for the Chrysler transmissions have been discontinued and there's not many places doing rebuilds on them anymore. I don't recall if that's just gears or bearings/synchros etc.

Ok thx for the info
Anytime, you should have an F5M33, so after you do the basic checks, if it needs and you desire it to be rebuilt, TMZ, Jack's, TRE etc could get you set up with whatever service you need/want.
