Transmission Leak

Ok I just found out my car is dripping transmission oil on my garage. Where do I start looking? (Which seals tend to go bad). Any ideas?

Also my clutch losses pressure it feels like cotton candy sometimes and my clutch would grab all the way from the bottom. I have to pump it so it regains its pressure and catches at normal height (middle). Thanks

Check you axle seals and the two bolts to fill and drain the transmission. Those are the places I would check first... umm.. I dont know anywhere else to check, only been 5 speed for 5 days now hehe. Those are the only places I could think of.

park on a piece of cardboard, watch where the leaks come from, also sounds like a dead clutch slave or master cylinder.

what color is the fluid? if you haveing an issue with haveing to pump your peddle chance's are your slave cylinder is leaking and you think its your tranny.. grab a flashlight and stick your head under the dash and look for any leakage around the firewall on your clutch master cylinder also look around on the engine bay side if its clean check out around the slave cylinder on the tranny (its on the front pretty much right under the front motor mount) and look for any seapage or leaking fluid..

remember if you repalce one (or rebuild) you need to do the other because they become accoustum to each other's pressure and when you put a new one in it can cause the other to fail if you dont replace it at the same time...
