I have a 2g talon that just had a stage2 clutch dropped in,along with a act flywheel. Now i'm assuming im having transmission issues. I have to let the car warm up just to get it in gear, not only that it likes to grind into first and reverse. When its warmed up it still has issues getting into gear, but its smoother and with no grind. Also, i've never heard of this being done, but they put a longer pin in my slave cylinder, just to push the shift fork far enough to disengage my pressure plate. I'm ripping my hair out and just need help, I don't want to spend another arm and leg over a possible shops mistake.

Well now I think something else is wrong, I was driving down the road and my shifter went completely limp. I couldn't even tell what gear I was in without knowing my car. I know its the shift linkage and i'm still new with my car and learning how to fix it. Is there anyway to fix it?Or am I going to have to buy all new shift linkage for the car? Also I think the shift linkage was part of my problem above,Because when it went out, It shifted smooth as butter into every gear including reverse.
