I accidentally pushed the input spool seal in the whole way until seated during installation. Is this an issue? Thank you much appreciated. The tailshaft seal also seated too, but looks correct.

I think you should be fine. As long as it’s square. My output seal I seated too deep and it seals just fine. The input shaft is the same diameter till the bearing so you should be good.
Thank you appreciate the response. I was worried it might block something off, but i didn't see a small hole like on a camshaft
