transfer case recall

ok i took my car in for the recalls at the local dodge dealer...i have filled my transfer case 3 times in a month....they said all they have to do is inspect it for leaks and told me it is not leaking that what i see is oil leaking from my return line and blowing back.....and i asked them did they check my transfer case for gearoil because it is probley empty thats why they dont see a leak......so they said they would check it again when they get a chance and its been sitting there for a week now......so my question is what do they have to do for the recall is it just inspect it or not and if i would take it to another dealer will they fix it or will it now be in the computer that its not leaking ....any help on what to do please let me know

This is waaaaaaaay Old new. But they will log all the info by the VIN. If they say its not leaking and its NEVER been changed and it locks up you should get everything fixed for free. Im not going into anymore detail because there are tons and tons of articles on this and no I too lazy to link you off my Iphone

I had this done and had a horrible exprince theres a thread on here somewhere about everything what they do is check it for leaks by looking at it. If they find anything they change the yoke in the end of the drive shaft and t-case seal

i was wondering it they are to check the fluid in the transfercase because i know it was about empty because it was winning and i wondered if i picked it up and it locked up would they be repsonsible thanks
