A while back, a pin (or bolt) broke where my differentials are, blowing a huge hole inside my bellhousing (of my A/T). Had it rebuilt and fixed and back in working order. Then I came across the recall info and was wondering if it applied to my car.

If this did perhaps apply to my car - could I get compensated for having my transmission rebuilt because of this problem.
Or could this have absolutely nothing to do with my car?
