I bought a trans and T-case from someone in the classieds for some reason the t-case dose not want to go onto the trans do i need to tap it or something. I counted the splines on the trans and there is 23 teeth and on the t-case there are 22 slots IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS OR AM I JUST DUMB?

Use the search button first of all. I must have covered this about 5 times already. But here you go, just swap the output shaft on the trans. You need to get rid of the 23 spline and replace it with a 22 spline. If you dont have a 22 spline output shaft laying around to swap in you are sol. So either, get a 23 spline t case or swap the shaft for a 22 spline.

This is just great.....almost done with the swap and i run into another problem Anyone have an extra 22 spline output shaft lying around?
