I HAVE A 92 AUTOMATIC TRANNY AND THIS IS WHAT IT DOES. WHEN I CRANK THE CAR IT GOES IN GEAR AND DRIVES FOR A WHILE BUT THEN IT STARTS TO SLIP AND THE TRANSMISSION QUITS PULLING COMPLETLY, IF I CUT IT OFF AND THEN CUT IT BACK ON, THE TRANSMISSION IS FINE AGAIN FOR A WHILE, IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS ABOUT THIS I WOULD APPRECIATE IT. THANK YOU.

Might be your TCU, it controls your tranny but it sounds like your low on tranny fluid.
