what fluid should i use in my fwd turbo 5speed tran?? i have been told to put gl5 from a parts house, but i have heard i should use BG Synchroshift, and GM Synchromesh. what to use please help me?

Penzoil Syncromesh is considered the same as GM and its cheaper. Many experienced dsmers have had excellent luck with it.
