Well im about to swap to a 6 bolt and start aiming for the Higher HP range. With such my stock 160k Mile tranny needs some more TLC to last and what not. I was curious what Transmission fluid does everyone reccommend?

I don't want the stock fluid due to the fact I prefer the fluid to be a lot thicker to lessen the risk of messing up gears. I have been looking towards Redline fluids for the tranny but Im looking for input towards other brands as well. I plan to be running around 350-400 whp through this baby. Also the car was a commuter car for the last 160k miles, same with the previous owner. I baby the thing and double clutch and shift at 2200 rpms. I don't ever launch or "shove gears" in place. None of the gears grind and they shift relatively well.
