Tps and biss settings

I just replaced my throttle body on my 98eclipse gsx due to bad seals. I now need to set up my tps and adjust the biss. Can I please get some tips on this. I do not have a scan tool or dsm link. Assuming the tbs should be set correctly before the biss. The cur currently bucks a little at low speed and it feels the rpms do not increase smoothly. Thanks
