 ok guys I bought new shocks and springs for my car well Im doing the front and im trying to torque the top bolt down because I have to hold it with a wrench to keep the shock from spinning? my second problem is that I was trying to put the shock back in the car assembled and the stut fork that hold the bottom of the strut to the lower control arm? Am i supposed to put that on before or after I have the strut in the assembly because I cant bend it myself if I was going to put it in after I had the strut in there? thanks alot guys this is my first time doing a suspension install

I believe there is a VFAQ article for this particular install. When I did my suspension, you just have to remember the order you took everything apart and work backwards. Sometimes it takes a little elbow grease to get everything together, but just looking at the front assembly, you will figure out where everything needs to go. goodluck
