1G Topline head bolt set

Found some topline head bolts on ExtremPSI for $40. . . Done a search, couldn't find anything mentioning these head bolts, but hard to find them in the sea of topline headgasket questions.

Anyone have any experience with these? I'm really debating with myself with which direction I want to go with this build.

At most I'll be putting down ~350whp. I'm confident that OEM head bolts would be sufficient, but of course I appreciate the peace of mind ARPs would bring..

Then again the $40 pricetag on these Topline head bolts are enticing.

Anyways, just seeing if anyone has any firsthand experience, or I'll even take second-hand stories

You can find BNIB ARP headbolts in the classifieds for around $70, they pop up all the time. Stick with whats proven, I wouldnt trust topline headbolts but thats just my opinion.
In fact, there is a 6 bolt set for sale right now in the classifieds for $70.

Go with what has been said.

But to give a bit of insight, there is a difference between studs and bolts (since your goal is 350whp).

Again, go with ARP's they dont cost that much more and at that hp level it will give you a little extra confidence.

Do it right the first time. Get some ARPs. Youll always want more power...so be prepared with ARPs

I appreciate the input fellas. I pulled the trigger on the ARPs last night right after creating this thread even before any responses..

Seems like we don't have any hard evidence to say whether these topline bolts are any good or not.
