I have a Hallman MBC and i am pushing 20+ pounds of boost after the install. I have the bottom hose of the mbc t'ed off into the line that goes off of the bov into the intake manifold. The line that comes out of the side of the MBC is going into the wastegate actuator. However, I am still pushing 20+ pounds of boost. What can i do to fix this. I mean i am already suffering from blowby and 70 compression across the board but until i get my new engine(hopefuly next week) i still need to drive this thing and i definately dont want to blow up :D or something on the side of the road.

1. Move the pressure source from the BOV line to the compressor housing like already susgested.

2. Which direction do you have the knob turn to, CW (in) or CCW (out)?

3. What happens if you bypass the mbc and connect the pressure source directly to the actuator? Basically have you verified that the actuator actually opens?

4. Which turbo? Are you getting all out boost or boost creep?

5. Have you check for intake leaks, particularly around the houses in and out of the mbc?
