Tires for street and race? springs?

purchased my gst bout 2 months ago and i need a heads up on what type of tires to purchase. Looking for some real sticky rubber for daily driving and for the strep.
Also, there are some many diffrent type of springs out there but i do not know which ones to purchase. I like the really low look but which ones can not give that annoying bounce.

here is what Id recomend for tires: falken azenis for ultimate dry weather, or my favorite kumho ecsta 712s one of the best wet weather tire.

As far as springs there are alot out there and it all depends on what your looking for, I personally like eibach. With the slammed look your ride will alomst always suck and wont handle as well.

I half agree. This is, IMO, the best way to set up your suspension if you're in a hurry and/or don't know a lot about suspension design. However, if you have the time and do know what you're doing, you can always do better (for a fixed amount of money) than any OTS setup.

As to tires, whether or not to get Azenis or something less sticky depends a lot on the weather where you live and what sort of racing that you do. If you live in a very hot area and/or want to road race, then these tires are not for you; better to get Kumho MXs, instead, which also happen to come in the best size for our cars. Also, if it rains a lot where you are, I'd again avoid Azenis and again get MXs. And, last, if the type of racing is drag racing, then I'd avoid Azenis because the sidewalls are too stiff.

712s are cheap, but they're not very good; I'd only use them as a street-only tire.

best track/street tires that are good bang for bucks are IMO:
1. Falken Azenis Sport (best dry traction for price & not good in rain)
2. Kuhmo Escta MX (great dry traction & decent in rain)
3. Yokohoma AVS ES100 (very good dry traction & good in rain)

My tire of choice is the Perelli Pzero Nero M+S.

These tires IMO are an absolute dream. All season tires that actually hold their own very well in rain, or even snow. Mine about 10k miles old now, and they still react the same as they did the day I put them on. Tirerack has them priced the last time I checked at 118/tire.

well unlike you Im not lucky enough to afford pirelli tires ....so cheap white trash like me will ride on "hyundai like" kumhos, sportin my mullet . I absolutly loved them so I will be happy.
