Tips and instructions on how to replace a harmonic balancer + torque specs

My harmonic balancer/crankshaft pulley started to wobble at idle and make squealing noises on start up and sometimes make a weird whistling noise so I figured the harmonic balancer/crankshaft pulley was bad so I was wondering if theres any instructions on how to replace a harmonic balancer , any tips , and what the torque specs the balancer should be at. thanks

If you have a local Auto Zone, rent the tool to remove the balancer. 105 lb/ft of torque.

Yes, what ^^ those guys said, also. If you plan to go aftermarket, get either the Unorthodox UDP or the OBX knock off of it. The center piece is the only piece left on the crank, so you won't have to take it off in the future for timing belt changes...make life way easier, just 3 bolts and take it off with your hand.
