How easy/hard do you think it would be to remove the hatch on my 94 talon so I can tint it when it's off the car (much easier). I haven't looked at it yet, but I know I will have to remove the lift supports, probably electrical connections(?) , and is it hinged?

honestly, id at least get the rear hatch done professionally. if you screw up and have to redo it, youre gonna have to get all the old glue off from in between the defroster strips with will be a P.I.T.A. if they want 200 to do all 5 windows (doors, 1/4 windows, and hatch) it might be like $50 for them to do the rear, and most places will include a lifetime warranty against fading and peeling and such.

By the way its Very easy to tint yourself. The rear is by far the hardest. But on a DSM it shouldn't be half as hard as most other cars since you can get to the whole window easily. On cars with curved rear windows the tint has to either be heat-shrunk or strips have to be layed in between the defroster lines. YOu could get the back professionaly done and do the rest yourself for like $20. You can do it just as well as a professional for a lot less. Also, ALL tint will eventually start pealing/ bubling after a couple year depending on what climate you live in and what shade tint and of course the quality.
