Timing Belt Rubbing :( , Watch Video to see what I mean

I recently did a timing belt job and now I am starting to hear a rubbing sound coming from the timing belt area. Its not a constant rub, it rubs then stops really fast over and over again. Tomorrow I will post a video so you guys can see what I'm talking about. It also almost looks like the belt could be wearing on each side, but it's so fine I can't tell.

Any ideals?

that doesn't sound like the a/c clutch, but the a/c belt could be rubbing on the timming cover. It runs really close to the cover, if it is loose it could rub the cover just try tightening it more.

I tried tightening it but it didn't help, I know it is not touching the timing cover so it's either the a/c idler pulley or the clutch.

Just remember, If your running the car with the belts off(aside from the ac) your water pump isn't turning...

I only let it run for about 30 seconds with it off. I also still hear a small squeak that goes faster with the engine rpms, I can only hear it with the window down, it must be the power steering pulley or alternator pulley anyone have a good way to get rid of these pulley noises?
