timing belt question

will a 95-99 timing belt fit on a 89-94? i have a 2g head with a 1g block any answers? tried to search came up nothing,

I believe the 6 bolt and 7 bolt motors have different timing components so if you were to buy a timing belt "kit" it would come with 6bolt/7bolt specific components. The timing belt is the same from 90-99 for all 4g63's though. You should be fine.

In which case you should be all set. Go with an OEM belt if anything.

The part number is the same. You can get a PCI timing belt for $29.00 from Parts Dinosaur.
