tensioner pulley - YouTube

Pretty much 100 percent im correct that this annoying sound is a timing belt tensioner pulley going bad. Wanted to ask anyways, and sucker yall in with the video to ask yall a question no one will answer for me.

I recently hooked up NLTS and can't get it to work correctly. Its acting like a rev limiter and will only let me reach the rpm's I have it set at. Also the clutch wont dis engage the cruise control. It will just rev up the motor to the rpms I have the NLTS set at. I have to manually dis engage the cruise control to turn it off.

I tested the Clutch switch and it tested fine. I also checked my wiring from the switch to the ecu and its hooked up correctly.

I'm not sure if there is supposed to be power going to the clutch switch, but I have no power going to the switch from either wire. Is there supposed to be power going to or from the switch at all?

Enjoy the video!!! That is a bad pulley right?? Lol

I personally think it the tentioner,,,it's plain ole wore out.
You need a total rehab,,,pulleys, belt, and tentioner.
When that noise happens when it's rev-ed up,,,does
the timing belt flutter up and down between the cam gears?
If so ,,definately need a complete over haul of the timing
components,,,don't skimp and but this then that if it doesn't
fix the noise,,,,buy the all timing components and balance shaft
components.
