There is a good write up over on 2gnt:

If it’s your first time ever doing a timing belt job it will be time consuming. I also suggest getting a new water pump and all new bearings. There is also a kit that changes the hydraulic tensioner over to a mechanical one. I made this switch several years ago. The mechanical one is much easier to get the timing dead on.

Rock auto has kits that include everything. You can go either hydraulic tensioner or mechanical.

It will be a good project for you. Consider new cam and crank seals, and the water pump so you take care of all your leaks and have a completely refreshed system that will be good for a long time. I even recommend a new harmonic damper. If you look at yours while its running and you see any evidence that it isn't turning true or wobbling, replace it. That was what went bad on my gst and dug back into my timing belt causing the belt to jump, the valves to it pistons, and had to get the head rebuilt.
