Timing belt, balance shaft, and clutch...your suggestions.

I'm doing a clutch job, timing belt, and balance shaft elimination. I'm using a cherry picker to pull the engine out of the car. So in my case would it be easiest to leave the tranny in the car and just pull the engine out? Or should I drop the transmission, then pull the engine out of the car? Or lastly should I pull them both out together, then seperate when out of the car, then put back together, and dropped back in?

This is on a 92 Galant Vr4.

you will need to pull the trans and engine out seperately. i don't think you have enough room to move the engine away from the input shaft to just pull the engine.
