Since taxes are coming in I want to build up my 99 420a. Eventually have her supercharged instead of turbo. So now my debate is should I build up the motor she already has ( 100k original miles) or I've heard you can use a 1g bottom end with a 2g top end. Is that true and would it be better?

I think this is the best thing to do sell your car, save up some money and wait for a gsx to pop then jump on it. I have respect ppl building a 420a but I think that money could be better spent on a gsx which would be such a great platform can't beat a awd turbo car

No one's saying that. It's your car. Do you want a cookie cutter or something unique? I don't think I've ever seen a S/C 420A.
