Ok, well basically here is the problem / dilemma. During all gears (seems loudest in 1st and 2nd) there is a ticking sound, not like lifters but sorta like a low pitch baseball card in bike spokes type of sound,

The ticking sound only appears when the car is moving and in gear and accelerating.

I cant check exactly where its coming from unless I take off my hood and strap my bro to the front of the car to listen :D so I need some ideas

May reach under the car grab the cv joints give them a yank and make sure there not about to fall apart. just my .02

Find a parking lot and turn your steering to full lock. Take off and see if it is really clicking bad. Next, take off straight and see if it still does it. Most likely outer cv joint which will click bad in a hard turn under acceleration. Hope this helps

Ok, I drove it in tight turns and straight...it sounds the same in both...I not sure its the CVs though cause the noise is really loud in 1st and 2nd but then its gone in all the other gears.

the noise is only coming from the front passenger side of the car and to be more exact on the sound its more like a scraping sound.

when the clutch is pushed in (in any gear) the noise completely goes away.
