And just go buy a steel tube that's 1.5" I.D. and you got it.

Next time, try looking at some supporting vendors websites. I know AMS and Extremepsi both sell flanges for sure.

I knew where to get the flanges, I just wasent aware if I had to supply the steel tube, or if they made flanges with the tube with it. Thanks.

No, you got to doing the welded yourself unless you buy a wastegate dump tube off of eBay.
