3" Exhaust piping with flange!

Is there any place that will do a custom 3" piping with C-clamp and a flange (2.75 I think) for cheap? everyplace around here says no because they figure out I want to use it on my currect exhaust (they want to keep my cat-converter on) I just want to 'test' a 'test-pipe' I know it shouldnt be on my car. Anyways any place I can call them how long I need it / place a order?

imo that you can buy a test pipe for like 35-45 bux.... go to slowboyracing.com quite cheap
