I was just there 2 months ago and there were knockoff Beats headphones for $20 all over the place, fake Nike & other kinds of shoes, Rolexes Etc... so seeing where its coming from I would think its fake.

Take into Considering that TiAL is an American company. Average retail is around $260.00 The eBay listing states that those are coming from Thailand for $69.00 shipped.

I'm going to have to say it's a knock off.
