The consensus on the forums seems to be that the OEM Mitsu TOB is the normal replacement for a worn one, any reason why people go OEM instead of aftermarket like an ACT TOB?

Aftermarkets tend to fail early. They are also made of a harder material which is not good for the shift fork(or what ever it is). ACT TOB's fail, I would use an OEM.

Use an OEM one. My Napa one failed after about a year, and my ACT one lasted about 8 months.

Thanks guys I'm lookin at gettin an ACT 2900 street clutch kit and I'll get the OEM TOB.
