Throttle not opening all the way?

I just logged a few runs on MMCD, and I have a question, is your TPS reading supposed to be around 100% when you log a WOT pull? Mine was only in the high 70's, is this normal?

One other question, if your low trims read 140% is this bad as well? (My mid and high are 99%)

My tps at WOT reads 99.6% or very close to 100%, it may just need adjusting, or it may not be getting the proper voltage.
For your low fuel trim: Your ecu is reading that you are running lean, so it is adding 40% fuel, you want all of your trims to be right around 100%. The way it judges how much to add is by how much it has to adjust the injector pulse. So your ecu is adjusting your injector pulse 40% larger.

Any advice for remedying the above issues? I cant think of why I would be running lean in the low trims, the car is bone stock (except for a boost guage, and a controller that is set to stock settings). If it was boost related I would see that fuel trim across the RPM band correct? As for the throttle I'm clueless, it hasn't been messed with since I owned the car ( going on 2 years). Actually now that I think of it, there is a rapid clicking noise that comes from the area of the throttle body after I turn the car off (sounds like electrical discharge). Its really fast, and only persists for a second, but the car runs fine. Should I be concerned?

my logger says that WOT is 74%
but my throttle plates are completely horizontal when it reads 74%
so i am assuming that is WOT

so it might just be normal for some cars

Its easy to check your tps. All you need is a ohm meter and measure a closed throttle which you should see .9 on your meter and at WOT you should see 5 on your meter and it should move in a nice smooth transition. If its not .9 at closed throttle then all you have to do is loosen the bolts that hold it down and adjust it until you get the correct reading. I can't remeber which pins you stick your probes onto but i know that website has all the info you need.
