not on all cylinders?

I haven't really done much to diagnose this problem yet but a little early feedback wouldn't hurt.

I was turning out of a parking lot and the decline was pretty sharp, I may have slightly scraped my bumper, no big deal. As soon as i finish the turn and step on the gas there's a lot of hesitation. I get to the light and CEL comes on (cyl 4 missfire). I'm right around the corner from my place and cruise in 2nd at 4k to keep it alive.

At first I thought the jolt of scraping might have loosened an IC pipe, but they look fine after a quick peek. Also its able to hold an idle even after revving it, not sure if it would be able to do that with a significant boost leak. Any ideas?

Well I solved the problem soon after posting this by replacing my very fouled spark plugs. I figured it was from running the car untuned for a period of time. However my car just died on me at lunch today. It would idle but as soon as I put a load on the engine it stalled out, I wonder if it fouled the new plugs again very quicky? any ideas??
