So my cars has been apart for many months. I now have all back together it runs but only on two cylinders. I have spark in all 4 cylinders, but 3 & 4 are doing nothing. I couldn’t find my volt meter, but used a tester light I’m getting power to #3 & #4 Injector. I can unplug 3 & 4 Injector s and plug wires, and plug them back in doesn’t change. It’s only running on 1 & 2. No codes. I have ECM link I can enable and disable injectors no change with 3 & 4, If I disable 1 or 2 it dies. Any idea what my problem could be.

I have the exact same problem and used a test light on my injectors aswell and they are all getting power. I bought my injectors used so MAYBE one of them is pooched even though they only have 5000kms on them.

I am thinking CAS wiring. Im looking for a new CAS now and a wiring harness for the 6bolt swap.

nope I never did that... Where can I find this checkbox? I just looked for it and could not find it in link.
I did invert the signal on the ecu inputs though if that makes a difference.

when you say you inverted the signal on the ECU input what exactly do you mean? as far as the check box i am talking about i am not entirely sure where it is in the 2G ECMlink settings, the only time i have ever really messed with ECMlink was with my friends 1G and they don't need to worry about it.

Somethings wrong with my ecu. I need to send it to ecm for repairs. I put my 450 injectors in and my original ecu, and it runs fine.

I dont think that means ## ecu is toast? Just because you switch ## injectors and runs good doesnt mean your ecu is bad....?
I switched inputs for the fire order of the injectors. Its on the vfaq page on wiring a 1g cas into a 2g.

Im going to buy a new CAS and rewire that before I do anything more.

We should see if Thomas from ECMlink can pitch in on this and give us his opinion.

Well it was'nt the ecu. Now I have tried every sensor off my gst except for the crank angle sensor. Could that be my problem. the only thing i'am not getting is fuel to cylinders 3 & 4. I have spark on all 4.

Didn't you state earlier that it ran fine with a stock ECU and stock injectors? If the ECU is ok, then it is the injectors.

If anything, try swapping them around and see if you can get the problem to move with them.

Did you ever find the problem to this? Mine is also not getting fuel to cylinders 3 and 4.
These are the things I have checked/tried.
-Injector wiring on ECU, injectors ARE swapped because of 6 bolt swap so i changed the order according to the vfaq. I have checked this over 4 times and I am 100% sure it is correct.
-changed plug wires
-changed CAS sensor (greentop)
-Got the RRE wiring harness for the 6 bolt swap and still doesnt work
-checked the coil packs (swapped wires on them and it was still cylinders 3 and 4)
-Visually checked the ECU inside and didnt find anything to LOOK wrong with it.
-Test light to injectors and all 4 are getting power

My injector clips are in shitty condition and they pretty much just seem to sit ontop of the injectors. But no matter how hard I push on them or how much i fiddle with them the injectors still wont fire.

Im out of solutions has anybody else had this same problem? and what I can do to fix it?

Thank you

No It's still running on 2 cylinders. I changed out everything in the ignition system except the crank angle sensor. The weather suck here right now, and it gets dark so early. So this weekend i'am going to test my CAS before I pull it apart.

weather sucks here too. and its dark at 530 LOL.

I swapped my CAS and it did nothing.

Anybody have any input on our problem? Could turning (changing the angle) the CAS help?

Could it possibly be the injector clips? Or is the irrelevant? cause even if i press down on them they still wont fire.

I also posted about this on the ecmlink forum. and someone said if its only running on 2 cylinders than its usually the power transitor. So i tried another one and still no change.
