Hey while we are on the topic. I just ordered, my MP TB as well, I was wondering if what I'm about to do is the right way to go.

I'm taking the intake manifold from my other 420a that I have laying around, having a shop port match the the manifold to the TB, and port match the head to the intake mani they have time. I'm also having him port polish the intake manifold.
That should do it right.
I didn't want to do a lot to this particular head, because I'm not sure if I'll end up building a motor using my other head.

Nevermind I found it. In your guys opinion do you think its better to buy this new one or bore out the old one? If I bore out the old one im not gonna get 60mm right? And if I plan to turbo my 2g GS I can still use this TB right?

IMO, and thats because I just bought it, get the 60mm, especially if you plan to go turbo.
You are definately not going to get 60mm out of the stock one. 55mm probably.
And even if your N/A for a while longer, I think you would still see a noticable power gain especially once you have it port matched.
Also have you seen the size of our TB's TINY! Our honda buddies have got some big ass ones, and IMO, that and weight are the single main reason why some of us think we are slow compared to them.

If you plan to go turbo, definately get the 60mm.

Free up the intake path, and Brethe life into your car. :p

By the way, Nappa has the whole IM gasket set for like $6,
