I am looking into upgrading my TB to a Jeep 60mm TB. Does anyone know the year/ model Jeep I would need to find at a junkyard ? Do you think the silicone hose I have running from my aftermarket intercooler pipe will stretch over the new 60mm ? Sorry, I didn't search this, but I am in kind of a hurry.

It's been about ten hours between your post and my reply. Guess you could have used the search after all. Seriously. You're actually questioning whether some vac line will reach? There's a reason why it comes on spools - so you can go buy more if you need it.

As for the 60mm Jeep TB, it's the one off the 4.0L I6. I know it's on the Cherokees, but maybe it's on the Wranglers too. Dunno. You'll have to do some research or have someone else feel generous.

LOL "Do0d! It's almost 2AM! I gotta get that TB installed before sunrise!"

Curriously. Why not use the N/A 4g63 TB? 62mm inlet to 60mm plate. Replace the seals shown on vfaq. Good to go!
Because he's got a Neon engine. It's made by Dodge and the 4G63 TB would likely require some fabrication to bolt-up.

yeah, the wranglers have them too.Don't port it to 60mm,it's way overkill and you will loose low end torque.I know i did it.You might wanna get some generic throttle return springs too.good luck with it,great mod for NT's.

I think he was referring to his coupler, as to whether or not it will fit over the bigger throttle body.

But isn't the inside diameter the only difference? In terms of bigger? If the outside diameter is any bigger I highly doubt it would be too big to get a SILICONE coupler over
