Throttle Body Spacer?????

Hey guys!!!
I am looking a way to have more air into my 420A. So I was researching and I saw this weird spacer that goes into the throttle body. Do u guys believe this actually going to help a little bit???
I think it is a scam what u guys say about this?
I prefer to have a 52mm throttle body.

Friend of mine put one of those on his jeep. He noticed a slight power difference. No 22HP though. Im not going to tell you it does nothing. Just dont expect any miracles.
