Sometime this week I'm going to replace the shaft seals, biss, and the 2 main gaskets. While I have the TB apart what else is there to do so I get this thing boost leak proof?

I don't believe they're prone to leaking. I always take the throttle body complete apart to media blast it, so it has to be replaced no matter what. Plus, I wouldn't do 3/4 of a job and leave the FIAV gasket original. With my luck, it'd probably start leaking as soon as the throttle body was reinstalled :p

You can order the gasket from your favorite OEM parts place - ExtremePSI, JNZ, local dealer, etc.

Can you change that FIAV gasker with TB on car because if i can then I'll change those other parts as soon as I get them and then get to the FIAV..

Steve Monroe has found a set of seals that are 3x the psi rating vs the OEM. I'd contact him since replacing ok seals with newer, ok seals isn't going to be boost leak proof.

DSM THrottle Bodys

Leak free tested to at least 40psi.

I'm only running 15 lbs boost and boost testing to 20 lbs so I should be fine with oem.

Thanks again snowborder!
