Throttle Body plate?

If i hold my throttle even at a low speed/ rpm i intermittenly hear a
hitch pitched whistle. I'm aware some of the Mustang drivers had a
problem with air passing through the TB and whistling. And while were
speaking of the TB if i tap my gas (rev it up) and quickly get off (in neutral usually, more prominent then) the RPM's will bottom out and
sometimes stall the car out. Anyone experiance any of this could it be lack of tuning on my part (MY S-afc is still in the box haven't had the time to install it lately).

Have you pulled the throttle body to see if you've blown the gaskets on either side? Checked vacuum line connections? Make sure it's the nuts/bolts are tight holding it onto the intake manifold?

Might be the bov? I read plenty of times of a weird whistling noise at low rpm speeds or when at low speeds and you let off the throttle, mine does it also sometimes when I'm just idling. I noticed it after I installed my UIP, S pipe, and 1g bov.

i noticed it really after i put on my s pipe i've had my bov for about a year now no complaints but ill definetly check out the TB maybe spray it down with some water look for some leaks
