sticking throttle plate?

ok i have seached all i can through forums and cant figure this out,
maybe u guys could help me out.
i have a 95 talon tsi mods in profile, and i've been having pretty
specific idle suge problems. car idles fine from a cold start. works
great till i shut her down warm and then re-start. then idle goes
anywhere from 1900 to 2800 rpm and stays for about 10 min.
works like clockwork, but only happens when the engine is warm.
i have seen a few other people w/ this problem but no solutions yet.
tb been cleaned, isc working fine, the throttle plate will actually stay
partially open, yet nothing is binding or stuck. so i guess what i'm wondering is there actually something that physically can control the
throttle thats messed up or something else. it's gett'n a lil old so
any good help on this greatly appreciated.

nope your right it was colder out and bout an hour later problems
returned. i ended up adjusted the throttle cable on the back of the
manifold and got rid of the problem but then on my afc i noticed thst
i was only opening %90 but if i tightened it any more it would stick.
ended up having to shave 1/2 off the plastic gas pedal stop. works
fine now %100 and not sitting at 2000 in traffic. thanx for the
help.

It was 89 degrees today got to test my car real good.I was in traffic(stop & go)and the highest my car idled was 1200rpms( for only a few seconds) and then went back to 900rpms.I think my tb is not openiing all the way either because I bairly pulled away from this impalla that was trying to race me.It took me all the way till third to blow him away.I might try to shave the stop on the accelerator too.Guess we will have to wait till it gets to the high nineties before we realy know if this helps.
