Throttle Body Boost leak test result/S90 install

Hey guys,

So my boost leak test revealed a massive leak at the throttle body. Being a 90s car I have the funky throttle body with the fiav and isc that wont bolt up to my new s90 throttle body. I have decided to delete the fiav with a bypass plate allowing me to run the ISC.

now for the ISC i have a spare off a 92 parts car as well as the harness with the connecting clip.

Can someone walk me through splicing in the connector to my 90's harness allowing me to run the ISC off a 92 on my 90??

I swapped entire TB's and wired the TPS and ISC according to Steve's documentation in Post #2 here and it works great! MY '90 TB would not bolt up to my EVO3 Intake without a huge vacuum/boost leak is why I went with a entire TB swap. Thanks go to Steve (wiseman)!

does anyone know If I can use my 90 tps sensor on the S90 throttle body?

I can follow that guide for the ISC, but now im concerned about the TPS going on the s90

I don't think the '90 model TPS is swappable onto a S90 TB, I believe it wants a '91 +. It is because of the way the TPS engages onto the throttle shaft if I remember right. Take a look at the tab that will be twisting the TPS and see if it looks like a mate or completely different.
I made plug and play harnesses for my swap just because I don't like cutting off perfectly good connectors.

ok cool, good advice. the s90 hasnt arrived yet, but soon as it does I will compare. looks like the car is going down for a week or two
