This years project need help if you can 1995 gst

Well I have this years project I bought from a guy not running 1995 eclipse gst it has upgrades t4 turbo larger injectors intercooler waste gate ect I can see but It doesnt have a piggyback system or a standalone computer all I can see Is the gold mitsu ecu box. I can get spark I think the timing is on but the fuel pump isnt kicking on. I went to find the MFI/Relay and jokes on old Travis because its just cut wires. Long story short I need to know what these cut wires are and the other connectors in pictures if possible please and thanks in advance. If it matters it does have a push button start so some of those are probly the starter relay ones.

PS I am in Knoxville If anyone knows these cars pretty well I am not turbo car stupid but first eclipse turbo anyway had a starion and worked on some vr4s

Hmm, I wish you luck on those wires. Is it an ecmlink ecu? It would look the same as stock from the outside. I would open it up and look for the chip. You can manually turn on the fuel pump to see if it works if it's an ecmlink ecu.

For those wires that are cut I would recommend you get the Factory Service Manual either in paper or electronic so you can look up what each one are. That's the only way you're going to know what is what. I can't stand when people start cutting wires. Good luck!

I fount all of them except for Yellow w/ Blue stripe and White w/ Blue stripe it looks like they were just cut they each have a matching cut wire anyone know the yellow blue or the white and blue

yellow/blue ? speaker wire>?
White/blue ?
White/Red Fuel pump relay which isnt there
Yellow/red closed TPS idle switch
red/black Boost Meter Switch
Black/red power supply

well I fell kinda silly I went to take out the ecu and fount the relay siting in behind it those wires match up to the radio so thats my fault Ill still open the ecu and see whats in it stocker if I had to guess.
